Section 4-12-103 - Relation to article 9 and consumer laws

(a) If there is conflict between this article 12 and article 9 of this title 4, article 9 of this title 4 governs.(b) A transaction subject to this article 12 is subject to any applicable rule of law that establishes a different rule for consumers and any other state law.Added by 2023 Ch. 136,§ 89, eff. 8/7/2023.2023 Ch. 136, was passed without a safety clause.
