Section 40-4-110 - Valuations of property

The commission has power to ascertain the value of the property of every public utility in this state and the facts which in its judgment have or may have any bearing on such value. The commission has power to make revaluations from time to time and to ascertain all new construction, extensions, and additions to the property of every public utility.L. 13: p. 480, § 32.
