Section 40-7-115 - Each day a separate offense

Each day in which a person violates any statute, rule, or order of the commission for which a civil penalty may be imposed under section 40-7-113 or 40-7-113.5 may constitute a separate offense.L. 89: Entire section added, p. 1542, § 1, effective April 12.
