Any person who in any way conceals the evidence of the killing or wounding of any animal by any railroad train, engine, or cars on any railroad in this state or who in any way destroys or covers up the evidence that may lead to the identification of any animal so killed or injured commits a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 703, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 11: p. 407, § 12.
