Revenue bonds issued pursuant to the provisions of this article may be refunded in the manner provided by the 'Refunding Revenue Securities Law', as set forth in article 54 of title 11, C.R.S.L. 65: p. 471, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 36-21-8.
