Section 41-4-111 - Federal aid

Any county, city and county, city, or town is authorized to accept, receive, and receipt for federal moneys for the acquisition, construction, enlargement, improvement, maintenance, equipment, or operation of airports, landing fields, air navigation facilities, or airport protection privileges under such terms and conditions as may be agreed to by such county, city and county, city, or town.L. 45: p. 41, § 10.
