Section 42-12-105 - Evidence of ownership of parts - copy of nonrepairable title

The director may accept a copy of the nonrepairable title as evidence of ownership of a part when the part is used to restore another vehicle under this article.L. 2014: Entire section added, (HB 14-1100), ch. 122, p. 438, § 7, effective August 6.
