(1) The department, upon suspending or revoking a license, shall require that such license be surrendered to the department.(2) At the end of the period of suspension, the licensee may apply for and receive a replacement license upon payment of a fee. The department shall set the fee in accordance with section 42-2-114.5 (2). The department shall transfer the fee to the state treasurer, who shall credit it to the Colorado DRIVES vehicle services account created in section 42-1-211 (2).Amended by 2022 Ch. 135, § 12, eff. 7/1/2022.L. 94: Entire title amended with relocations, p. 2153, § 1, effective 1/1/1995.
