Section 42-2-133 - Surrender and return of license

(1) The department, upon suspending or revoking a license, shall require that such license be surrendered to the department.(2) At the end of the period of suspension, the licensee may apply for and receive a replacement license upon payment of a fee. The department shall set the fee in accordance with section 42-2-114.5 (2).
