Any person who violates any provision of this part 1 for which no other penalty is provided in this part 1 commits a class B traffic infraction and shall be punished as provided in section 42-4-1701 (3)(a).L. 94: Entire title amended with relocations, p. 2158, § 1, effective 1/1/1995.This section is similar to former § 42-2-134 as it existed prior to 1994.
