Section 42-1-215 - Oaths

The executive director of the department, the deputy director of the department, the supervisor, and the authorized agents of the department are empowered to administer oaths or affirmations as provided in articles 1 to 4 of this title.L. 94: Entire title amended with relocations, p. 2112, § 1, effective 1/1/1995.This section is similar to former § 42-1-213 as it existed prior to 1994, and the former § 42-1-215 was relocated to § 42-1-217.
