Any person transporting nuclear materials in this state shall carry a copy of the shipping papers required in 49 CFR part 172, subpart C.L. 94: Entire title amended with relocations, p. 2534, § 1, effective 1/1/1995.This section is similar to former § 43-6-503 as it existed prior to 1994.
