Section 42-7-419 - Substitution of proof

The director shall cancel any bond or return any certificate of insurance or the director shall direct and the state treasurer shall return any money or securities to the person entitled thereto, upon the substitution and acceptance of other adequate proof of financial responsibility pursuant to this article.L. 94: Entire title amended with relocations, p. 2487, § 1, effective 1/1/1995.
