Any person who forges or without authority signs any evidence of ability to respond in damages or who furnishes the director with a false statement evidencing that such person is insured under an automobile liability policy or bond, as required by the director in the administration of this article 7, commits a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 764, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 94: Entire title amended with relocations, p. 2490, § 1, effective 1/1/1995.
