As used in this part 6, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Database' means the motorist insurance identification database described in section 42-7-604 (5).(2) 'Department' means the department of revenue.(3) 'Designated agent' means the party with which the department contracts under section 42-7-604.(4) (Deleted by amendment, L. 2000, p. 1649, § 43, effective June 1, 2000.)(5) 'Program' means the motorist insurance identification database program created in section 42-7-604.L. 97: Entire section added, p. 1447, § 6, effective July 1.
