(1) This article 10 does not apply to a used motor vehicle; except that sections 42-10-108 and 42-10-109 apply to a used motor vehicle.(2) This article 10 does not apply to a used motor vehicle dealer licensed in accordance with article 20 of title 44.Added by 2024 Ch. 450,§ 6, eff. 8/7/2024, app. to motor vehicles sold or leased on or after 8/7/2024.Section 11(2) of chapter 450 (SB 24-192), Session Laws of Colorado 2024, provides that the act adding this section applies to motor vehicles sold or leased on or after August 7, 2024.2024 Ch. 450, was passed without a safety clause.
