Section 42-9-110 - Exemption - antique motor vehicles

This article does not apply to repairs of any motor vehicle twenty-five or more years old or of any motor vehicle that is a collector's item as defined in section 42-12-101.L. 94: Entire title amended with relocations, p. 2505, § 1, effective 1/1/1995.
