As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Motor vehicles' means trucks, truck tractors, trailers, and semitrailers or combinations thereof.(2) 'Person' means an individual, a partnership, a corporation, a company, or an association.(3) 'Port of entry officer' means a uniformed member of the Colorado state patrol who is not a trooper and whose powers and duties are described in section 42-8-104 (2).Amended by 2013 Ch. 316, § 140, eff. 8/7/2013.L. 94: Entire title amended with relocations, p. 2492, § 1, effective 1/1/1995.
