Section 42-4-1504 - Clinging to other vehicles - penalty

A person riding upon a motorcycle or autocycle shall not attach himself, herself, or the motorcycle or autocycle to any other vehicle on a roadway. Any person who violates this section commits a class A traffic infraction.Amended by 2022 Ch. 361, § 26, eff. 1/1/2023.L. 94: Entire title amended with relocations, p. 2399, § 1, effective 1/1/1995.This section is similar to former § 42-4-1304 as it existed prior to 1994, and the former § 42-4-1504 was relocated to § 42-4-1705. 2022 Ch. 361, was passed without a safety clause.
