Section 42-4-613 - Failure to pay toll established by regional transportation authority

Any person who fails to pay a required fee, toll, rate, or charge established by a regional transportation authority created pursuant to part 6 of article 4 of title 43, C.R.S., for the privilege of traveling on or using any property included in a regional transportation system pursuant to part 6 of article 4 of title 43, C.R.S., commits a class A traffic infraction.L. 97: Entire section added, p. 498, § 2, effective August 6.
