Section 42-3-302 - Special plate fees

(1) The fees collected pursuant to sections 42-3-213 and 42-3-217 for the issuance of a license plate pursuant to sections 42-3-213(9) and 42-3-217 shall be transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall credit the same to the license plate cash fund created in section 42-3-301.(2) Repealed.Amended by 2017 Ch. 45,§ 8, eff. 8/9/2017.L. 2005: Entire article amended with relocations, p. 1135, § 2, effective August 8.
