The powers conferred by this part 7 shall be in addition and supplemental to, and not in substitution for, and the limitations imposed by this part 7 shall not directly or indirectly modify, limit, or affect, the powers conferred to the executive director, the commission, or the department by any other law.L. 99: Entire part added, p. 1118, § 1, effective June 2.
