Section 43-4-903 - High-visibility alcohol and drug impaired driving enforcement funding

For state fiscal years commencing on and after July 1, 2023, the transportation commission shall annually allocate from the state highway fund to the office of transportation safety in the department of transportation one million five hundred thousand dollars for high-visibility alcohol and drug impaired driving enforcement described in this part 9.Added by 2023 Ch. 373,§ 3, eff. 6/5/2023.
