The executive director or the executive director's designee shall coordinate with the chief of the Colorado state patrol to jointly create a campaign raising public awareness of the requirements of section 42-4-705 and of the dangers of stationary emergency and service vehicles that are on the road or on the side of the road.Added by 2020 Ch. 107,§ 3, eff. 9/14/2020.L. 2020: Entire section added, (HB 20-1145), ch. 421, p. 421, § 3, effective September 14.Section 5(2) of chapter 107 (HB 20-1145), Session Laws of Colorado 2020, provides that the act adding this section applies to offenses committed on or after September 14, 2020.
