Section 43-1-410 - Denial or revocation of permit or renewal

A permit under this part 4 may be denied or revoked, or a renewal denied, for false or misleading information given in the application for such permit or renewal or for the erection or maintenance of an advertising device in violation of the provisions of this part 4 or in violation of the rules and regulations of the department promulgated to enforce and administer this part 4.L. 81: Entire part R&RE, p. 2013, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 43-1-416 as it existed prior to 1981.
