There shall be no property rights of any kind in any alcohol beverages, vessels, appliances, fixtures, bars, furniture, implements, wagons, automobiles, trucks, vehicles, contrivances, or any other things or devices used in or kept for the purpose of violating any of the provisions of this article 3 or article 4 of this title 44.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-47-907 and amended by 2018 Ch. 152, § 2, eff. 10/1/2018.L. 2018: Entire article added with relocations, (HB 18-1025), ch. 152, p. 1065, § 2, effective October 1.This section is similar to former § 12-47-907 as it existed prior to 2018.
