Section 44-5-104 - Fees for special permits

(1) Special event permit fees are: (a) Ten dollars per day for a malt beverage permit;(b) Twenty-five dollars per day for a malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor permit.(2) All fees are payable in advance to the department for applications for special event permits submitted to the state licensing authority for approval.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-48-104 and amended by 2018 Ch. 152, § 2, eff. 10/1/2018.L. 2018: Entire article added with relocations, (HB 18-1025), ch. 152, p. 1075, § 2, effective October 1.This section is similar to former § 12-48-104 as it existed prior to 2018.
