Section 44-30-814 - Key employee - support license

(1) A licensee shall not employ any person to work in the field of limited gaming, or to handle any of the proceeds of limited gaming, unless the person holds a valid key employee or support license issued by the commission.(2) It is unlawful for any person holding a key employee or support license to participate in limited gaming in the gaming establishment where the licensee is employed or in any other gaming establishment owned by the licensee's employer; except that the licensee may participate in limited gaming if the participation is performed as part of the licensee's employment responsibilities.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-47.1-814 and amended by 2018 Ch. 14, § 2, eff. 10/1/2018.L. 2018: Entire article added with relocations, (SB 18-034), ch. 14, p. 210, § 2, effective October 1.This section is similar to former § 12-47.1-814 as it existed prior to 2018.
