(1) This article 50 is repealed, effective September 1, 2032.(2) Prior to the repeal of this article 50, the department of regulatory agencies shall conduct a sunset review as described in section 24-34-104 (5).Added by 2023 Ch. 249,§ 21, eff. 7/1/2023.
