Section 44-50-401 - Natural medicine healing center license - rules

(1) A natural medicine healing center license may be issued only to a person that employs or contracts with a facilitator who provides natural medicine services pursuant to the terms and conditions of article 170 of title 12.(2) A natural medicine healing center licensee may transfer regulated natural medicine or regulated natural medicine product to another natural medicine healing center licensee or a facilitator pursuant to rules promulgated by the state licensing authority.(3) Prior to initiating natural medicine services, the facilitator of the natural medicine healing center licensee shall verify that the participant is twenty-one years of age or older.(4) A natural medicine healing center licensee shall comply with all provisions of article 34 of title 24, as the provisions relate to persons with disabilities.(5)(a) Except as provided in subsection (5)(b) of this section, a natural medicine healing center licensee shall not transfer, individually or in any combination, more than an amount promulgated by rule of natural medicine and natural medicine product to a participant in a single administration session.(b) The state licensing authority may promulgate rules to establish
