Section 5-1-105 - Severability clause

If any provision of this code or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this code which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this code are declared to be severable.L. 2000: Entire article R&RE, p. 1179, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 5-1-105, as it existed prior to 2000.
