Section 5-2-307 - Judicial review

Any person aggrieved by any final action or order of the administrator and affected thereby is entitled to a review thereof by the court of appeals by appropriate proceedings under section 24-4-106 (11), C.R.S.L. 2000: Entire article R&RE, p. 1213, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former §§ 5-6-107 and 5-6-108, as they existed prior to 2000.
