Section 5-6-108 - Judicial review

Any person aggrieved by any final action or order of the administrator and affected thereby is entitled to a review thereof by the Colorado court of appeals by appropriate proceedings under section 24-4-106(11), C.R.S.L. 2000: Entire article R&RE, p. 1247, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 5-6-108, as it existed prior to 2000.
