Section 5-6-111 - Injunctions against violations of code

The administrator may bring a civil action to restrain a person from violating this code or rules or regulations promulgated thereunder and for other appropriate relief.L. 2000: Entire article R&RE, p. 1248, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 5-6-110, as it existed prior to 2000.
