Section 5-6-115 - Jury trial

In an action brought by the administrator under this code, the administrator has no right to trial by jury, but this will not prevent a defendant from requesting a jury trial under the Colorado rules of civil procedure.L. 2000: Entire article R&RE, p. 1252, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 5-6-114, as it existed prior to 2000.
