Section 5-19-112 - Aiding or assisting violation

Any individual who, as a director, officer, partner, member, salesperson, agent, or representative of a credit services organization that violates this part 1, assists or aids, directly or indirectly, in such violation shall be responsible therefor and subject to the criminal penalties, injunctive relief, and damages provided for in this section and section 5-19-111.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-14.5-112 and amended by 2017 Ch. 260, §4, eff. 8/9/2017.L. 2017: Entire article added with relocations, (HB 17-1238), ch. 260, p. 1137, § 4, effective August 9.This section is similar to former § 12-14.5-112 as it existed prior to 2017.
