When the results of a fingerprint-based criminal history record check of an officer of the applicant or employee or agent of the applicant performed pursuant to section 5-19-206(12) reveal a record of arrest without a disposition, the administrator shall require that person to submit to a name-based judicial record check, as defined in section 22-2-119.3(6)(d).Amended by 2022 Ch. 114,§2, eff. 4/21/2022.L. 2019: Entire section added, (HB 19-1166), ch. 537, p. 537, § 1, effective April 18.
