Section 6-1-104 - Cooperative reporting

The district attorneys may cooperate in a statewide reporting system by receiving, on forms provided by the attorney general, complaints from persons concerning deceptive trade practices listed in section 6-1-105 or part 7 or 13 of this article 1 and transmitting the complaints to the attorney general.Amended by 2021 Ch. 483, § 2, eff. 7/1/2023.L. 69: p. 376, § 10.
