Section 6-1-1207 - Record keeping

A car sharing program shall collect and verify records concerning the use of a vehicle, including times used, fees paid by the shared car driver, and revenues received by the shared car owner. A car sharing program shall provide these records upon request to the shared car owner; to facilitate a claim investigation, to the shared car owner's insurer or the shared car driver's insurer; or as required by an airport concession agreement.
