Section 6-1-506 - Resale of a returned facilitative device - disclosure required

A facilitative device returned pursuant to this part 5 by a consumer in this state, or by a consumer in another state under a similar law of that state, shall not be sold or leased again in this state unless full disclosure is made to the prospective consumer of the reasons for the return.L. 98: Entire part added, p. 200, § 1, effective July 1.
