Section 6-1-709 - Sales of manufactured and tiny homes - deceptive trade practices

A person engages in a deceptive trade practice when, in the course of the person's business, vocation, or occupation, the person engages in conduct that constitutes an unlawful manufactured home sales practice or an unlawful tiny home sales practice, as either sales practice is described in section 24-32-3326.Amended by 2022 Ch. 172, § 26, eff. 8/10/2022.L. 99: Entire part added with relocations, p. 651, § 2, effective May 18. L. 2003: Entire section amended, p. 550, § 5, effective March 5.(1) This section is similar to former § 6-1-105 (1)(qq), as it existed prior to 1999.(2) Section 6-1-105 (1)(qq) as amended by House Bill 99-1270 was harmonized with Senate Bill 99-143 and relocated to this section. 2022 Ch. 172, was passed without a safety clause. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3).
