A person engages in a deceptive trade practice when, in the course of the person's business, vocation, or occupation, the person engages in conduct that constitutes an unlawful manufactured home sales practice or an unlawful tiny home sales practice, as either sales practice is described in section 24-32-3326.Amended by 2022 Ch. 172, § 26, eff. 8/10/2022.L. 99: Entire part added with relocations, p. 651, § 2, effective May 18.
