Section 6-4-122 - Severability

If any provision of this article 4 or the application of this article 4 to any person or circumstances is held invalid, that invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this article 4 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.Amended by 2023 Ch. 427,§ 2, eff. 6/7/2023.L. 92: Entire article R&RE, p. 244, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 6-4-122 as it existed prior to 2023.
