Section 7-58-111 - Name

(1) Use of the term 'cooperative' or its abbreviation under this article or section 7-90-601 is not a violation of the provisions restricting the use of the term under section 7-90-601 (7)(a).(2) A limited cooperative association or a member may enforce the restrictions on the use of the term 'cooperative' under section 7-90-601 (7).L. 2011: Entire article added, (SB 11 -191), ch. 197, p. 767, § 1, effective 4/2/2012.
