Section 7-58-810 - Remuneration of directors

Unless the articles or bylaws otherwise provide, the board of directors may set the remuneration of directors and of nondirector committee members appointed under section 7-58-817 (1).L. 2011: Entire article added, (SB 11 -191), ch. 197, p. 794, § 1, effective 4/2/2012.
