Section 7-58-816 - Voting

(1) Each director has one vote for purposes of decisions made by the board of directors.(2) Unless the articles or bylaws otherwise provide, the affirmative vote of a majority of directors present at a meeting is required for action by the board of directors.L. 2011: Entire article added, (SB 11 -191), ch. 197, p. 795, § 1, effective 4/2/2012.
