Section 7-64-1001 - Definitions

As used in this part 10:(1) 'Partner' includes both a general partner and a limited partner.(2) 'Partnership agreement' means the partnership agreement in a partnership or a limited partnership.L. 97: Entire article added, p. 900, § 1, effective 1/1/1998.
