Section 7-70-105 - Statement of withdrawal of trademark registration

(1) A statement of trademark registration may be withdrawn by the registrant by delivering to the secretary of state, for filing pursuant to part 3 of article 90 of this title, a statement of withdrawal of trademark registration.(2) A statement of withdrawal of trademark registration shall:(a) State the true name of the registrant;(b) Identify the statement of trademark registration in a manner satisfactory to the secretary of state;(c) State that the statement of trademark registration is withdrawn; and(d) Include such other information as the secretary of state may require.L. 2006: Entire article R&RE, p. 114, § 1, effective 5/29/2007.
