Colorado Legal Code
(1) Access to intensive services, as specified in the federal act, must be available to individuals who are adults or dislocated workers who are unemployed, unable to obtain employment through core services, and have been determined by a one-stop operator to be in need of more intensive services to obtain employment or who are employed but are determined by a one-stop operator to be in need of such services. Such services may include diagnostic testing, individual or group counseling and career planning, case management and follow-up services, and training services specified in subsection (2) of this section.(2) Participants who have met the eligibility requirements for intensive services, are unable to obtain or retain employment through such services, are determined by the one-stop operator to be in need of such services, and are eligible for such services as specified in the federal act must have access to training services, as specified in the federal act. Such training services include occupational skills training, on-the-job training, and training programs operated by the private sector.(3) The one-stop system shall provide training services authorized under this section to
