Section 8-83-402 - Employment support and job retention services program - creation

There is hereby created in the division the employment support and job retention services program. Within six months after the date of the first appropriation by the general assembly to the employment support and job retention services program cash fund pursuant to section 8-83-406, the program shall fund employment preparation, job training, employment pursuit, and job retention activities for eligible individuals as they pertain to the individuals' job training and employment goals.Added by 2019 Ch. 322,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2019.L. 2019: Entire part added, (HB 19-1107), ch. 2982, p. 2982, § 1, effective July 1.
