Colorado Legal Code
(1) The purpose of the program is to provide assistance to eligible individuals who may not be eligible for or have access to other employment resources or who are preparing for, seeking, or attempting to retain employment.(2) The director shall: (a) Enter into a competitive solicitation process pursuant to the 'Procurement Code', articles 101 to 112 of title 24, to contract with an administering entity;(b) Establish procedures and guidelines for: (I) The selection of the administering entity to operate the program;(II) The development and implementation of the memorandums of understanding with service providers;(III) Requesting and distributing reimbursements to service providers; and(IV) Any additional parameters for the operation and evaluation of the program, subject to data available to the division.(3) The director shall solicit feedback from stakeholders when establishing procedures and guidelines pursuant to subsection (2) of this section.Added by 2019 Ch. 322, § 1, eff. 7/1/2019.L. 2019: Entire part added, (HB 19-1107), ch. 2982, p. 2982, § 1, effective July 1.
