Subject to the availability of duly appropriated funds, the executive director of the department may appoint necessary personnel to administer rehabilitation programs in accordance with this article.Amended and relocated from former section 26-8-102(2) by 2015 Ch. 160,§ 2, eff. 7/1/2016.This section is similar to § 26-8-102(1) as it existed prior to 2016.
